Gear change intervals

Can anyone else with an Automatic Turbo let me know at what speeds the auto box changes gear. I'm finding that it changes up to 4th gear at approx 40 mph, unless I'm flooring it and then it's 55 to 60.
Does this sound about right?

That is right from my experience with a couple of cars. They will not stay in 4th gear below 40 mph.
