How to change the nearside inner driveshaft boot

My gearbox has a slight weep of oil through the passenger side driveshaft gaiter.

Apparently the left driveshaft doesn't have a seal, so the gaiter is the only thing that keeps the transmission oil inside the gearbox.

Is it difficult to change it myself, or should I extract the entire driveshaft and take it to a Volvo or Renault dealer?

Also, can anybody tell me which Renault cars used the same gaiter as my 1995 2-litre manual 480 Celebration?

I had to change mine the other month. You can get the original gaitor off of ebay. It also comes with the bearing which is a bonus.
Mine had a slight leak at first so I cleaned and superglued it and turned it round. It lasted until I played with an Audi...

It is a driveshaft off job though. Its not that difficult. Hardest part will be removing the bearing thats on the shaft if you decide to change it.
