Any Ideas?

I have always parked my car on the drive (slope) in 1st gear, hand brake off and the car would not move.
Changed a drive shaft and now when i park on the drive (engine off) the car moves (judders,creeps) down the drive.
Is this a problem with the gearbox or clutch? Thank you Alan.
