Oh dear my clutch has gone

Post by red480gt » Wed Feb 11, 2004 8:34 pm

Had a major incident yesterday, clutch has gone. RAC man came out and concurred that the clutch had gone and i had to watch by baby get towed away.

My local garage (Not volvo dealer) is doing the job for £250. Ironically my V40 has just got a clutch fitted too.

Strange how it just went, i expected some early warning, tell tale signs but nothing.

I didnt think so, but if you can get it done cheaper its too late now. I rang around and i was getting quotes around the 300 mark.

Suppose it depends on the parts used too.

justwant my car back.
