NEW TURBO 215mm Clutch Ã‚Â£37.50Pence !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just bought and fitted a renualt megane phase1, 16v 2litre, clutch 215mm that i bought brand new from ebay for Ã‚Â£37.50 26 splines , complete kit.

next day fed ex included HAPPY DAYS , the 200mm clutch i can get for Ã‚Â£60 from a trade counter but 215mm cost Ã‚Â£125 from a trade counter OUCH

just to update i got the clutch fitted and it works totally perfectly and i have richmod mod with about 160bhp at the wheels , kerbside motors in Bristol fit a 480 clutch for 90quid !! too

so all in a reaunlt 19 phase1 16valve 2 litre clutch with fitting 127quid YEEHA !!!!

Mate in your first post you say megane 2.0 16v clutch

Then in the second post you say ph1 19 16 v ? I want to buy one but unsure which one to get now lol...

Well i had a megane 2.0 16v clutch sent down from my local supplier and nothing like it, i rang up and asked for a 19 16v and they said it crossed over to the clutch i had already been given..

So i dunno, stumped on this one...

I heard the best was a valeo one, capable of 200 bhp easy...

My clutch is from K-TEC racing, bloke said it would take 250bhp, they fit them in the 1.8 16 valve turbo clio conversions, was about Ã‚Â£150 or sumat i think, that one is made by valeo, it said it on it.

Which makes me think i could prob have got the same thing off ebay at half that money, but i wanted someone to tell me what it could handle.

was it a group n clutch buy any chance.

k-tec are wankers that clutch is probably 45 quid from gsf

an they just re-lable it .

altho gsf stung my arse for a clutch

standard unit 135 be cos its the bigger fly wheel ..wankers
