Heavy gearbox problem

I also strated a topic in electronic, but I'm planning to buy a nice 480, and my doubt of buying is in the blower/heater and mostly the gearbox.

It shifts trough all gears, but very heavy. I couldn't go from 2nd to 4th. It's all like shifting a stick trough a thick bucket of cement.

Is that a big problem??

It's probably a bent selector under the car, or dodgy selector bushes.
