No spark

Two 480 with B18E engines with differents ECU. Are the ECU interchangeable? Serial number and version: 436507 with
S101290101D, 411921 with S100803102H ?
ECU 436507 with S101290101d doesn't have spark.

I made tests with multimeter on the two plugs of the coil's computer module.
It has <9.5V on pin A of connector 1 (on the top of coil's computer module, with 3 pins: A, B, C), when cranking. It has good ground between pin B of connector 1.
But it has low voltage between pin B of the connector 2 (on the bottom of computer module) and earth: voltage is between 100 and 150 milivolts, when cranking (voltage should be between 300 and 400 millivolts).

Ecu was faulty, I've found an other Renix ecu with same number "S101290101", but different letter "E", at the end, instead of "D", and ignition works now it has good spark.

Hallo Volvo 480 fans, I also have no idea what or where the spark is. Got a scrapper for now. Because I can't get spark. Fuel pump relay new, fuel pump new. And 10 amps new. The fuel works. But spark gonna. Now no power in relay. Not voltage 0,7. And also bobine 0,7. Must be hyher. Where must I look. Alarm? Or computer?

What's your engine type?
Does the coil's computer module has power supply (ar least 9.5V) between pin A of plug 1 and ground, with key turned to third position (starter position)?
And does the coil's computer module has continuity between pin B of plug 1 and ground, with key turned to 0 position?

There will be no spark without it seeing the engine turning. Have you tried a new crank position sensor? I think with the engine spinning on the starter motor you should see the rev counter move a tiny bit if the sensor if okay.

A B18E absolutely will not start without the MAP sensor either -- it needs the electrical sensor and the manifold vacuuum.

I found the culprit, it was the ECU not sending the ignition signal to the ignition coil's computer module.
I've found an other one that's sending the ignition signal, it has good sparks now.
