Sold my Celebration last week & missed her so much I've just bought a 1993 1.7 LE! Green over silver, sitting for a few years with NO rusty wheelarches (ain't that unusual).
Engine works & runs, but I have no warning lights on dash at all, plus hazards work but not indicators (see there is some info from previous posts).
I can envisage 1 or 2 lights being out, but not ALL of them - any ideas anyone? Also, does anyone know if we can get spare leather/vinyl to relace the worn bolster section on driver's seat please?
Thanks in advance, Ken

Quick an easy check; Remove the alternator warning lamp from the alternator, put it to earth.
With the ignition on, the lamp should work.
I'd guess you've lost a feed to the dash board.
If hazards work, but indicators don't, that's a switch issue.

Hi Ken,
We used the leather from a passenger seat bolster for our GT's drivers seat (or rather a trimming company did) - you 'just' need to find a Two Tone breaker...... You can't just swap the whole cover over as the cutouts for the seat adjustment will be on the wrong side.
There was someone on here recently having his Two Tone gutted and sprayed purple - might be worth checking if he is keeping the interior original or putting new seats in.

Hi Ken
Welcome back! Several of us have been there done that with the "I've finished with 480s - oh no, actually I haven't..." but yours sounds like and impressively quick reversion!
As Jeff says it sounds as if you've lost a feed to the instrument panel. Do the actual instruments (rev counter/speedo/info centre display) work? Other immediate things that come to mind are to check that the orange "bridge" in fuse slot 23 is in place, and also check that neither fuses 21 or 22 have blown.
Are both multi-plug connectors properly plugged into the back of the instrument panel? Obviously that means a little dashboard dismantling, although if you are agile it is possible to get in the driver's footwell and twist face-up and reach up under the dash; with your fingers you can locate the plugs and check they're fully home.
Keep us posted and good luck!
