Relay Wehrle 20210032 replacement

Hi all,

Anyone know of a replacement for this relay? It's on my 1994 480ES under the dashboard (two side by side). The pin-out seems a little unusual so I'm struggling to find an alternative to order, so any suggestions pls?

I presume it's not working? If so then can you take pictures of the guts? Might be fixable.

Other than that, plenty on eBay it seems and common to the rest of the 400 series as well:

This may be help, looks like a type A relay to me.

This diagram is the five pin version showing the difference between the relay pins, but the 4 pins are the same without the centre pin (87a).

Just in case anyone stumbles across this post with the same issue the part numbers for the correct 4 pin relays are below.

Volvo: PN 472210/01
Pearl: PR06
Bosch: 0 332 019 451 / 0 332 014 406
BMW: 61311354393

Closest I could find is the Wehrle 20 210 100A, same pin configuration and 12v 30A.
I cannot find any info on the current for 20 210 032 but I cannot think of anything that should take more than 30A.

Did you get a relay sorted?

You can get them at halfords as per the part number given HEF555 4 pin Type A relay.
