Headlight adjuster screws wanted

HI All,

A couple of adjuster screws won't adjust any more as they have too much rust. They are discontinued on Scandix, is there anything to replace them from a different vehicle?. I found Golf mkII adjusters on ebay look a near perfect fit, but the seller says they are too short (4cm, need 6cm). Would prefer new but good used would do.
