This is the gist I'm getting from reading your posts.

You've brought a B18ft engine with it's ECU and wiring loom. I'm guessing your putting it in a Renault?
The ECU has the Orange Connector's.
The MAF connector is broken and you want to connect the wires directly, and are looking for which wires to connect together?

I can't help with the problem you've got but if this is basically it, it might help others understand what you after.

Well, considering that your connectors are not original, that Volvo changed the wiring at random and that your MAF's number should end with 007, I better give you the connections as published by the time the orange ECUs were used:
