Have seen a new washer pump on ebay - it is for the 400 range but only goes up to 1992 for the 480. My car is 1993.
My question is: has there been a spec change between 1992 and 1993 for a simple 12v component like a washer pump? Just need to get this sorted soon as MOT is due.

Anything will work, mostly. Check to see if the connector looks the same.
Mine is like this:
Two plugs in a different angle, both on one plug.
