16 valve head conversion for 480 Turbo?Is it possible?

I think it has to be renault, but I know noting specific. there is no presedent

Know what your starting, think of it is worth the hassle and trouble.

should be the head of an R19 16V.

Buy yourself a second 480

and try it out.
There are so many things to look after ..........!
