Re: air conditioning
They'll find it, it's easy. Actually there are two connectors, the easy one and if the easy one doesn't work the hard one. They'll know what to look for, don't worry.

Re: air conditioning
I had my air conditioning filled last summer. It took a while because they had to use the low pressure connector. For whatever reason they could not connect to the high pressure connector. When the system is filled through the low pressure connector at least an hour has to be allowed for the filling to completely evaporate through the system. I didn't look close enough to give a hands on guide. Any qualified air conditioning technician should find his way in the system. I take it your car has a R134a filled air con system. It then should have a yellow label with R134a on the accumulator.
From my German workshop manual I have uploaded these images that may or may not help you:
on this image 9 is the fill connector
on this image 11 is the fill connector
This image gives the refill description. On the lower half it reads something like:
(G1) Connecting high pressure pipe. (for pressure measurement)
First connect the reducer to the high pressure tube of the filling station. Then connect the reducer to the outlet of the high pressure pipe at the compressor.
(G2) Connecting low pressure pipe (emptying, vacuuming, filling)
Connect the low pressure tube of the filling station to the connector of the low pressure switch between the accumulator and the condenser, or at the accumulator, if the accumulator has a fill outlet (2).
I hope the above will be of help.
