my guess would be the fuel pipe for the injectors, but it would be nice to see a larger picture without the red things.

That's the aircooler for the injectors. If it still cools is another question.. Can you hear the fan blowing when the engine is hot?

hose as indicated in the picture is cut, so I have to figure out how to reconnect and where it ends at the bottom of the engine.
any help??

yes the fan blowing when the engine is hot. starts about 90 degree
