Hi,
My engine has just blown a headgasket for the second time in two months.
The exact same place on the manifold side between 2 an 3 cylinder.
Anyone have had the same prob, or just know how to fix it?

Sounds like something is warped.
Use a straight edge and feeler gauge to check the head and block for warping.
You can return the clearances to specification by lapping the head /and / or / block with a nice flat oil stone, and plenty of oil. I would silicone the oil and water pasages (hindsight is wonderfull isn't it) to prevent abrasive particales getting into the engine. Use silicone remover to get rid of it after removing all the grit, then wash the residue away with solvent. Melted wax can be used to seal the piston tops, and bore so grit can't get into the rings. To remove the wax, simply use boiling water to melt it, and rag to soak it up. Any wax left will melt itself out when the engine starts.
Having done this, expect 8 to 16 hours of work to get the clearances back from double the tolerance, to within tolerance.
If it is just the head, then it's easier to get a spare head I would expect.
