The max turbo pressure before the standard ecu will cut out is 13 psi or 0.9 bar for you continent boys.

This can be set higher if the boost pressure valve is bypassed (not disconnected - it must still be electronically connected to the ecu i.e. leave it plugged in!)

Interesting! Please tell me more about this. Where is this valve located and how do you bypass it. Are there any harmfull side -effects?

Explains all mate, dont want to be rewriting things several times.

If you want to bypass it you need an MBC from DBSVolvo he'll explain all if you contact him either on the forum or via email.

what limits this 0,9 bar ? is it the engine head gasket, the valves, the maximum the fan type pressurizer in principle can deliver or else ?
luck,

no its the fact the ecu is set to only allow .9bar of boost any more than that it will cut off the turbo completly
