Exhaust downpipe bolts and nuts

I'm doing the headgasket on a 480 es from 94' with B20F engine. The nuts and bolts between exhaust manifold and exhaust downpipe where stuck as hell due to exhaust high temperature, they literally snapped when I unscrew them.
Where could I find those nuts and bolts?

How does it screws in, without the head bolt?

using a stud extractor tool:

Or wind two nuts onto the stud and lock them together, then use one of those nuts to wind the stud in.
