Noticed my bonnet foam,the stuff thats attached to the underside of the bonnet, has deteriorated pretty badly and is flaking off, can you get replacement foam and is it easy to fit?

Not from volvo anymore...
But the type of foam used is sold on rolls or "mats", so I suppose It's possible to cut new ones to shape. However, you'd need the old ones to use as templates. I think that's a somewhat expensive material, though.
