YOu've probably blasted the hell out of your oil separator or something. RHS of engine as you look at it, near the top.

Lol....looks like mart might have the 211 on this issue.

We should start a tally mart?! haha

I'd hope its just a new part you need....but as you might imagine its hard to guess accurately whats wrong with an engine without looking.

Well if your piston looks like this. I doubt you have done any damage! Try pushing 25psi then losing your injector at high speed.

Your be fine mate.

you think thats bad, you wanna search for richs threads and see one of his thats melted artistically......looks like a flower!

but marts is bad.....but then his car was veeeeeeeery bad
running the car for a short distance...probably very carefully may not have done a huge amount of additional damage tbh....plus you werent empty, just very very low.....but it depends really.

cheers will do. i was thinking today , that oil seperater sounds like some sorta crank evap system and the pipes coming off it where connected via some sorta 1 way valve to not pressurize the crank case, and let gases out and burn em. does this sound like resonable assumption ? if yes it stands to reson that i could just block both pipes so no charge can escape, and cap the thing with what looks like wire wool in it with a oil breather/filter will have a play tomorrow as its dark now but thought i might run this by u all b4 i did any thing.

filled wit a lil more hope today  only time will tell :)

You got it bro. Not sure if capping that is a good idea or not really....was talking to Lee about it on the phone the other day.

The wire wool is most likely a "firetrap" like the fashion brand.

Makes me laugh...if only those people knew what a firetrap was....ahhh.

Suppose its no less trendy than a warehouse. Nothing cool about one of these. I can see the benefits of being super-dry mind....

I stuck a filter on the top then blanked the inlet sides of pre turbo and inlet manifold. Don't block the black can up. (yes it comes out the block!)
