I can rate those, same as i had. Catgroom commented how they handled well, but still gave me sufficient comfort.

Get a picture up (use a proper camera  ;)) and we'll advise you from there. I'd do it if you're going to be down that way...

Don't the bumpstops have three sections? Well, mine did-i cut the lowest one off... 40mm is a very low drop , (more-so when they've 'bedded in') especially with a boot-full of stereo! Handling was second to none though-lowered 480's do handle very well. I could live with mine as East Anglia is very ...

I got the email from Esta yesterday....but i was too late. I had a message from a 'mate', and i clicked it thinking it was a Vid with me in from school or something. Fortunately, my computer wasn't affected, but it just goes to show no matter how vigilant you are, it's easy to fall for something. It...

That car is gorgeous...i'd love a black Turbo, but house saving makes that impossible! Is the price on the website correct? €2200? That equates to roughly £1700!

Vase Green, Near Cambridge

Was on deliveries to your area today, and spotted a Vase Green ES (i think) L197 **M. Didn't flash or wave, just pointed and went, 'look, a 480!" to my rather bemused work colleague

I've been sitting on the fence for a few days thinking abut this (i know, so petty!), but i do actually like it. I guess it'd be handy if somebody broke into the car, and thought about getting the amp out, they'd think twice if it didn't work.

Also, it's gadgety, and i like gadgets! Nice job :D

Very impressive and neat, and you've not sacrificed the storage. The tweeter mod should be quite simple i'd imagine after building that! I always fancied something similar, but with the crossover recessed so i could pop an LED oout of sight to light it up, but 1), i didn't have the knowledge to buil...

Car looks great, nice to see one in Yellow. This is where opinions divided-some people on the forum hate bodykits or anything to do with styling. It is nice to see a standard minter, but equally it is nice to see a modified 480, when done properly. I think it can be done in a subtle fashion-i though...

That's a shame. You probably could have made a few ££ taking parts off, just remedial trim parts etc. My Dad would have been interested in a few bits, but i told him you weren't breaking!

Shame it had to go, but i guess thats just the way things are!

Very impressive. Would be equally as impressive to see it pitched against your probably now pink 480! ;) Your launch didn't look too bad-and did i hear a tyre screech when you changed gear also?

Nice AE86 you were against too...
