My 480 had a pair of aviator style glasses and a quality lighter down the back of the passenger seat. Other finds have been a lump of weed in my ex-police training 850 T5 under the drivers seat  and a laminated A4 sheet of when my Range Rover was for sale years ago inside its drivers door. No d...

What would you do while the engines out?

Well, I now have the engine and gearbox from my 480 out and sitting on the subframe and was thinking while its out I should take the opportunity to do any 'when the engines in the car' awkward jobs. I'm thinking about changing the clutch for starters as i think its still on the original but is there...

All thats going to happen here is the whole unit will be rolled into the charger finally making it a manual. :D

esta - just mailed you - I have the parts you want Drazyl - You're going to have to describe the braket. The only plastic on the pop-ups are the covers??? There are two small plastic parts on each popup which allows the popup to hinge up and down. Easily broken when you lean on them! BTW the covers...

For me, Halfrauds is always the LAST resort. I'll try the local motor factors and even the dealers before I end up there.
There generally useless anyway and rarely know what your asking for!

Yesterday was spent removing most of the interior from my 480 ready to put into the charger. Today will hopefully see the engine freed from the body.

Engine removal

Is it possible to remove the engine and gearbox with the subframe, wishbones and wheels still connected? I plan to lift the front of the car off the engine but need to know if its feasable first!
