Re: Traction Control on '95 model

I don't know what the check is (I can spin my wheels happilly (and very easilly with the turbo pressure uprated)) - From a mate's Astra, he has a button marked "TC" near his gearstick - I have no extra buttons, so doubt very much my car has, or ever had TC

<b...

Re: Newbie Questions!

Regarding the window - it depends on what you mean exactly? Later models allow you to put the window all the way down (drivers side only) with one click of the switch, but there is no equivilant function to close the window again - did you mean this, or do you mean the window wont actually close at ...

Re: aerial

DAB control unit != DAB receiver, but that's by the by. DAB is still far too expensive for me to warrant buying right now, after all, it is just radio - now if DAB supported jukeboxing and stream per demand, then that would be worth having, but the likes of Radio1 is poor enough on their music selec...

Does the washer bottle have a sensor in it? I am on my 3rd 480 now and all three have had a light on the dash that liiks like a picture of a water jet/washer type thing, yet they never light up - was this an optional extra, or has my sensor been broken on all 3 cars? Re: 480 inspires porsche cayenne

On a similar but reverse theme - was the 480 inspired by the Scimitar? I follow a Scimitar GLT to/from work from time to time and apart from the fact the scimitar is lower to the ground, and a few aesthetic differences, it's amazing how very very similar the back of the Scimitar is to the back of th...
