I did exactly that with my last 480. I used dark tinted perspex to make the new covers though. They looked quite good. No, no rears I'm afraid. The advice I would offer though, from my experience of buying rear shocks on my past 480's, would be to buy the SACHS rear shocks from PartsForVolvos.com. I had all kinds of knocking problems with 3 different 480's from fitting Bilstein shocks, and replacing them with SACHS ...

That looks like a B18E engine - I think the throttle body is heated, so it's probably plumbed into the cooling system.
