rear arches arent that bad....the opposite side front 440 arches fit, and unbolt off the donor car...so what? maybe 10-15 quid for the pair? interior.....if you look areound and are lucky enough, you could get the complete interior...plastic works, door cards seats etc etc for maybe 50 quid....i pai...

Well, reconnected the whole system this morning, and went for a drive. Indeed so far no stuttering at all like before. I do get the idea that the ECU is still getting used to the whole thing as idle is a little higher than it used to be, but on the whole a very satisfying experience to drive around...

ah man u have no idea how much that means ill do compression test over weekend so what does this seperater do then? will it mke car sound like a scooby if bust? could the oill beeing that low cause any real damage (there was not a prob wit pressure)? could i drive it a short 2 miles with out ? than...

i know this may sound really simple, and i dont think you mentioned it, but.... do a reset on the car....take off the battery terminals to reset the ecus. it could be this? simple i know, but large apparent problems have been solved by doing just this. you need to leave the battery unplugged for a f...

Any piccys of the 440? Is this the in-law's one that had the bodykit?? If it isnt, wanna buy one? ;) I like the C30 too, wasnt sure at first but its growing on me. Only the top models though. get it as high up as possible, and gently steam clean the entire underneath...take off the silly plastic inner arches, and blast all those out too....make sure you clean round the lip on the arches.... then fully dry off the whole underneath....then underseal/waxyoil/ or old motor oil, whatever you ...

well.....as JT has said....40 shy of perfect.......but it aint a bad car to be honest.....bit sluggish due to single point injection methinks, but not bad....did a reset on the ecu and that made a difference.....demon driver she wasnt (isnt), and i think the car had got used to 12 years of pootling ...

so...looking at esure stats....i wonder if it occurred to them that percentage wise and statistically, its got bag all to do withthe name other than there probably more people called 'jason' than say 'marmaduke' hence the chances of a jason haveing a crash are higher than say a marmaduke? christ, ta...
