Usual Suspects.... Eurocarparts just supplied me with a contitech kit (tensioner, idle, and belt) and water pump for £70inc,and then about 10 quid for the aux belts. GSF are normally pretty good too. Otherwise a bit more expensive, partsforvolvos. Worth doing the thermostat as well while you've g...

Around (although open to offers, I'm experiencing no car love at the mo) £575 with the richmod (which I've seen sell for £150 alone) £525 without and I'll put a standard blue ecu. Forgot to mention ALL electics work fine, I've replaced most bulbs in the dash recently including infocentre bu...

*SOLD* - My Turbo :(

Price: SOLD Reluctantly going to have to sell one of my 480 Turbos, as 170miles daily commute is to much for a 480, it deserves better! I get 37.2MPG on my commute, which is about 480miles out of a tank. Round town it drops to nearer 30, but all depends how heavy your right foot is :) Formally Roha...

Price all depends if you can be without your ECU, if you can't then you'll have to either buy a spare ecu to send off to rich, or pay the premium to have one already done.

Hiya, to calibrate it press and hold the reset button and turn on the ignition, the info centre should now display some funny numbers, turn it to Fuel AVG, and it should display the amount in Litres it thinks is in your tank. As said previously, the small circle hides a screw adjusted resistor behin...

Has to be earlier, as pedals changed. Late Spec pedal tends to overstetch the diaphram, alternative is to put different release arm on, but thats a gearbox off job so I doubt thats a goer!

I'm also on the hunt for an early pedal.....

Hey Congrats Mr Greedy, seems you are doing exactly what I'm doing clutch and timing :D However I removed my clutch to be greeted with a less than good flywheel, so its awaiting being skimmed. Apparantly you *should* always get it skimmed when changing a flywheel, but I'm only because its showing ha...

Hi Mr Greedy, When I removed my engine (b18ft) with air con, I found the Haynes manual to be pretty useless, it has no mention of what to about the air con. I basically unbolted the compressor from its bracket, and then I think I unbolted the bracket too, and the compressor was then jammed against t...

Well short term put anything in you can get your hands on, long term I'd get it changed to something that is verified as bronze safe. When I spoke to Fuchs UK, the guy didn't really understand what the issue was with bronze, so I had no confidence in him (This was the product manager for Fuchs UK, n...
