Ahhh I see it's bent outwards near the end so would not have been making contact onto the bodywork. Hard to see really so more guessing, I could be wrong.

So your saying to knock the car mounted hinge more forwards. I'm not keen on that. Anyone else like to bring an idea to the thread?

remove the idle valve and soak it in a plastic bag with cellouse thinners or carb cleaner. Shake it for a few mins and see how much crud comes out. also check under the intercooler top pipes (Hard plastic from near rad) there are 2 wires with bullets on the end. Paid over £100 for shipping of a engine. They turn up and say it wont fit in the van. Back tomorrow. No calls or emails to tell me this. The seller mailed me.

Replacing Rachel's door (passenger side) If I measure the driver side front gap it's 6mm all the way down. The best I can make is 6mm at top and 8mm at the bottom.
