I think if you settled for a 1.7 or an S, you would probably regret it. Your budget should definitely get you a good 2litre ES at least, so worth waiting for the right one to come up, unless you need wheels in a hurry. That's what I've been thinking.....but there don't seem to come up that regularl...

Hi I'm looking to get a late 480 2.0 hopefully <£2500 to run as a daily car. I have never really worked on cars but I'm capable with tools, though I don't really want my head under a bonnet every weekend. Do you think this is a realistic proposition and does anyone have anything for sale? Cheers Nigel
