not sure if this is still the case, but if the dealer bought a car to sell they didn't have to pay the full tax until the car had sold. If the dealer had the car registered for 3 months i think it was and clocked up some miles then the tax was reduced, lowering the sale price and bringing the punter...

you seem to forget that there was a registration blip when the 480 was made with non GT's being registered as GT an argument that has been many a disagreement. They are easy to spot though as they all tend to be black, no gt intereior or alloys. We saved a GT from the crusher and is now in use. But ...

thats the same mod that all the big power boys use. In fact just tonight i was speaking with a skyline owner who was kicking 508 BHP at the wheels and he had this mod and said it made all the difference :rofl:
