The bolts werent my problem it was not having enough hands when trying to use the vice to push the bush back in.

I paid under that for my bushes, but if you are a member of the the Volvo owners club, certain suppliers give you 40% discount. :D

The check strap is bolted into the door, or at least it was on mine, until i removed it!! :shock: It does require the door card to be removed and its a nightmare to get into. Make it easy on yourself and tap the retaining pin out, tap from bottom to remove, and oddly enough tap at the top to replace...

There isnt free power, but when the car is running at speed the air flow to the radiator is good enough for the flow to be very slow, but at high revs this isnt the case, and cavitation of the pump can become a problem. Yes the weight of the cage will be a nuisance but not dying has to be a good sid...

Stahl Wihle, not easy to get hold of in the uk, but yes they are good.
