Groxley Grommet ?!?

Just seen this on ebay... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 4558419606

And I thought 480 owners had their work cut out finding bits...
I'll bet you don't see many of them in your local scrappies

Says its mechanically based on a 105e - anybody know what that is? :?

Just checked on the main site and my wheels are Avior not Cetus. Thanks for the advice Dan. I got a quote of £120 to get four wheels powder coated, but first I'd have to get a set of 15" Volvo wheels and as you said that might not be that easy - plus I'd still need to get rubber... Getting close to...

15" TSW Evo3 - opinions please...

My Cetus? 14" 7 spoke alloys are looking a bit tired and aren't sealing well so new wheels beckon... http://www.subatomic.force9.co.uk/TSW_Evo3.jpg What do you think? Don't want to go too big as the roads round here are crappy to say the least. As far as I can work out 195/55 R15 with a PCD 100mm E3...

I've just replaced the rear gearbox mounting. My car was making horrible noises under heavy load in reverse (I reverse into my drive which is on quite a steep slope). If you open then bonnet and then sitting in the driver's seat load up the engine in reverse with the handbrake on and you should be a...

Yellowcraigs was my first idea too - dead easy to get to for me :-D and loads of room for an uncluttered mini 480 photo shoot... John Muir country park along at Dunbar (just of the dual carriageway) is similar to Yellowcraigs and probably easier to find for people that aren't from the area, plus the...

Kids telly insn't what it used to be... or so it seems (what are the teletubbies all about? :? )

Bagpus has to be my favourite from the list although my personal favourites included Ivor the Engine, Button Moon, and The Flumps (good old grandad flump with his flumpaphone) :-D

I too have experience of this oil of which you speak... crankcase breather getting gunged up seems a likely suspect.

If it gets bad however it starts to penetrate through to the bottom of the throttle position sensor and I'm sure doesn't aid its correct functioning... :?

Sounds like the headlight relay (located in the relay box on top of the bulkhead) It's the big tall one at the back.

Should be around £20 from volvo or a lot less from a scrappy.
