Re: Interesting thought? Cabrio?

Well madness has finally hit me!!! ;) Has anyone ever contacted a company to see if the job of slicing the roof off their 480 is possible or feasible? Just a thought? As Volvo wouldn't give us a cabrio!! I really fancy having a totally unique GT!!! Cabrio!!! Thought peeps? Well, I do know for a fac...

By referring to the uk part in developing the car you must refer to lotus designing the suspension wright??????? No, I am referring to Steve Harper who both led the entire 480 project as a freelancer to Volvo, and was key in the developement plans for the Cabrio (he and Cor Steenstra were enlisted ...

Interesting. My policy says nothing about MOT or tax or that the other car must be insured. To save typing it out, here's a copy of my certificate. (I've also read through the policy). Cheers, Chris. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v16/chriskay/L264TAP/insurance.jpg [/img] Yes, but you won't be i...

Well it seems I won't be able to go afterall (even though Alison and I both had the vacation time booked for it) - seems I have to fly to Dortmund on the 13th and won't return home till late on the Saturday - I don't fancy driving all the way back into Europe for one day of the meet. Sucks, because ...

Well a RichMod/MBC isn't going to matter is it? You can't really SEE those mods - as long as it LOOKS standard, come on peeps think out of the box a bit!!!

I thought people would be dying to get one fo their "loved" cars into a real glossy magazine, but only had 2 replies so far... Oh well.

A journalist for Practical Performance Car magazine is looking for a nice 480 Turbo, for their "Budget Blaster" sec...
