You can provided it is an emailed policy (an attachment). I had an argument with the post office over it as she said no to printed documents. I said rightly argued that emailed policies are acceptable proof and after speaking to the manager, she agreed. Has to be an emailed document though. Most com...

Haha I have had problems with these but I always used to use a door handle and the metal bar inside as it's a perfect fit! Mum wasn't happy when I couldn't explain why the door handle was a little greasy and no longer squeaked!

The 480 is inter-twined with your DNA.

The likes of us can never truly be sure they have seen their last 480.
I have to admit to putting VOLVO followed by the dropdown box with 480 in Autotrader by *Mistake* and not because I'm considering picking up a cheap 2ltr.....

Could just be teh battery getting lazy? Do as RGreenhalf says but first check your getting 14 volts across the battery terminals with the engine running. Any less an dthere is a problem with the charging circuit. Could be a lazy battery or could be the alternator. With lead prices what they are at t...

Just checked. Unbraked is 700kg and braked is 1600kg so you would need a braked trailer that weighs under 500kg to tow the 480. Or buy a tow bar and do it that way but technically even if someone is in the other car, I think it's classed as un braked as you aren't controlling the braking. I have tow...

if you get in car, drive off a private driveway, drive 1/2 a mile down the road, park on the road outside a friends house, the moment you exit the vehicle, it is Uninsured on a public highway. What is of interest is if stopped by the police, because if you get out of the car to speak to them it's t...

It's just above the oil filter. Sounds like a duff wire. The gauges max out when they don't get a signal.

Bunch of wankers! I had the caliper adjustment down to about 5 minutes. I never had a 480 that I didn't have to adjust the handbrake on the calipers before an MOT. Just 5mm alan key and a 4 mm alan key. Job done :)

I think a user on here called Benji (and this is some time back like when I first started visiting here) used to use a stripped out 2ltr for racing. He said he preferred the 2ltr for throttle response out of corners. I guess this would only be useful if you racing on a corner filled track :)

Yeh but Man Unitewd outplayed Chelsea in the first half and should have been 3 goals up. All in all a very tight affair :) Drogba was an absolute C**T getting sent off and leaving Penalty taker No 5 empty for courageous old JT to step into...and we all know what happened next... http://img143.images...
