also disconnect all the earth straps on the car and clean all rust off, and use some sandpaper etc on the chassis contact area , this has solved problems many times for and was the advice of our mised GURU RPruen RICHMOD MAN

just take the old bulb with you mate it's a lot easier and halfords are not very knowledgable about ANYTHING.

Beru ultra from G.S.F for £1.50p each are not bad , unless you have a tweaked up turbo , i have used them in my Richmod Turbo though for 20k miles 140mph no problem without missing a beat etc.

yes they are all the same, also have a look in fast ford magazine for a new intercooler , also loads on ebay.

though the standard one is quite effective .

i wouldn't worry maTE REALLY just drive , i could be wrong but on this forum mostly the only thing that disintergrates is very voerloaded pistons without enough feul , i have done that twice and even rich aka richmod has once etc.

you can get your flywheel skimmed by 1mm for about 20 quid at any engineering shop , this may help. you could also have it treated by chilling it down to minus185degress celcius which would make it maybe 15% stronger.

just to update i got the clutch fitted and it works totally perfectly and i have richmod mod with about 160bhp at the wheels , kerbside motors in Bristol fit a 480 clutch for 90quid !! too :shock: so all in a reaunlt 19 phase1 16valve 2 litre clutch with fitting 127quid YEEHA !!!! cheers people , P....

you can normally tell if it's a richmod as it should go to about 120MPH or 192KPH in 4th gear
