HI first i would really check the sealing on your rear lights ,very notorious for leaking, the black flap is for air pressure in car to release when shutting doors,you would get very very small amounts of water butnot enough to cause problems ,if there was a problem with the sealing in that area it ...

HI , i contacted volvo a while ago and they only do full quarters no repair arches, and their is no pattern i am told ,the 440 arches will do the trick as long as their is not a lot of corrosion

HI again, its great to see your replies and i didnt expect everyone to like it ,im maybe thinking the grill is to big for the bad look ,and yes youre right the pics do nothing for the car in the flesh ,i sometimes get a bit fed up rebuilding the car but them jump onto the forum and see what everyone...

to get the lights in and out i separated the cone from the light holder , they are in three pieces anyway before they are glued together at factory ,just unpick resin then i had to fix the light holders to the car first then put the lights in then the nose cone over the top ,pop the lights up then u...

hi The wing is missing on the drivers side and the bumper wants adjusting , hoping to get finished for summer, nice idea and works with a bit of effort and patience.

i am after a bit of help as today my new bushes arrived for my wishbones but i had removed the old ones a while ago and cant remember which way they located in the wishbone , if anyone has any pics or knows offhand which way they go i will be well chuffed

YES THIS FRONT SPOILER IS OF A TWO PIECE KIT INC REAR SPOILER WHICH I HAVE LEFT ORIGINAL FROM DBS, I ALSO HAVE SIDE SKIRTS REWORKED FROM AN ASTRA AND YET TO DESIGN REAR BUMPER , ALL SUSPENSION SHOT BLAST AND POWDERCOATED OR RENEWED.

0 ive heard about fitting the 440 and 460 arches so i guess this is my best option ,thanks to all

why cant i get any rear arches for my 480,i've tried all the major motor factors and even volvo who said yes we do them only they are attached to the whole quarter and will cost you in excess of 350 each this was their way of being funny i think,,,ha ha " help"
