Yes, change the water pump and use that as an opportunity to change the thermostat and flush & replace coolant (and the heater matrix!!!!!)‎. What temperature does Skip usually run at? Should sit in the 90's on the info centre display. I've had two thermostats get tired with age and made the cars r...

You might get lucky. Had the same symptom and it turns out that a pipe was dislodged in the engine bay.

Here was the culprit. Inside the mechanism is a little metal plate which forces the hinge out when it is unlocked. Mine had been put back the wrong way around and as a result the hinge was never resting on it. NB: took the picture, uploaded it on Imgur, shared it on the forum only using my phone. ht...

Forgive me for being thick but if in the UK you have bright and dim DLR is it not supposed to be BAZ15D, 4/21 bulbs then?
