Think the 440 diesel ones are 90 if not more? I would just pop a 70 on anyway considering the air con isn't used much.

If you take a photo, we can diagnose which one you have. If it's really small, it's a dummy (likely on your model) or if it is a bit bigger, then you have tyhe right one. Photo will solve it :)

I was lokking in my Auto trader (magazine) and noticed a red ES the guy wanted £1,250 high milage car with full history and one owner. (private sale) 480's seem to be feching more money than what they used to though? maybe i'm wrong but it seems like that. :dunno: The problem with autotrader is ...

Either set should fit. I think soem cars had a 4 pin plug and some had a 6 pin plug but it was quite random which car had what. If you get the set of gauges that have 6 pins, and have a 4 pin plug, you don't use two of the pins. If you have a 6 pin plug and you get a set of gauges for 4 pins, you on...

Sorry to hear this Rich. Your car was truly the maddest thing I have ever experienced as a passenger in a car and that was before the supercharger and the monster turbo! It was the most grin inducing car ride I have ever been on! I'm glad you were ok and not hurt in the crash. All I can say is good ...

Yeh Esta normally a second one behind it to lock it off. Caliper adjustment is really easy and incredibly effective. I know I have gone through the procedure throughly on here a few times so search "caliper" and search my posts and a guide will come up somewhere. If I ever get a 480 again (one could...

I reckon it's the starter motor heat shield, Either damaged or missing. Starter motor works at cold temperature but on a run the hot manifold and engine heats the starter motor up to the point where it won't work. Then if left to cool it will work again. A french member had the sma eproblem a couple...

I've seen a normal red GT here the UK. I think officially they were just Green and Flame Red but whether the dealers did special orders, I don't know.

1989 - 1991 will have orange / purple

91-93 could have a red or sometimes a blue.

After 93 is normally a blue but once again may have a red sometimes.

These are for manual cars. Auto's have different ecus!

The only problem is Volvo standardisation is non existant so thi...

Yup. Purple works on an orange car :) The Purple is dual layer so can have a slightly more potent mod from Rich. I think this is what Murfs turbo had.
