Lots of stuutering at higher revs would suggest to me that you have an ignition fault, check leads plugs ect,ect.
Also when was the fuel filter last done? a clogged fuel filter would also have a simmilar effect due to fuel starvation!

No cut off switch! sounds like your out of fuel or have a ignition problem. if it's in a bad place call the likes of the AA/RAC ASAP! Or get a mate to give you a tow!

Sounds like you have a fault with a duff track rod throwing the tracking way out, or even worse the stearing rack has died.
