Yeah mine failed when i put the new engine in and it was fine when you stayed off the boost but when you pushed it it would cut. I have one for the clivo but its not wired in. Only got so that it looks 'cool'

Boost gauge isnt wired in yet. The ecu is standard ie no rprun mod etc, why would it make to much boost??

The knock sensor has been set to 20nm like the haynes says. Can these fail??

Ok so got the car running right took it for a quick test run and when you accelerate hard it boosts for a bit then complety dies, engine stays running. Its like the boost is cutting off! I have changed so far Plugs Ecu's MAF i also tried an MBC and checked every boost hose for a spit or looseness et...

I will check that make sure they are all the right way round. I might try running an MBC instead.

It will boost for a second then teh boost will drop off. Does that sound like the boost solinoid problem??
