Seems a bit better now.

If i fit my lambda, would it better still? What is the reason its there? WIll it improve driveability?

Ok sorted, i have reduced it from 650 to 500. So ill see what the fuel is like over the next few days.

19Mpg is just really bad!

Another fuel problem

Ok got the clivo insured , taxed and MOT'd. Ran it for a few days now and it eats the fuel!! 10er will do maybe 40-50 miles. Is that right? Im also not running a lambda sensor, if i put one on will the fuel economy be better?? As with no lambda it will running rich yes? Happy and sad at the same tim...

In the summer the car gets cleaned everyday so the autoglym does the trick for me. In the winter its in the garge, cleaned before it goes in then wrapped up when its in :) I think results-wise mate you answered the question yourself. £11 for the drying cloth (IIRC)

Use the megs aplicator pads or a circualr pad to apply and a microfiber to take off.

Outside: Hose down to get rid of crap Wash using autoglym shampoo with 2 buckets: One with the soap and one with clean water to rinse teh sponge. Wash windows then rinse wash roof then rinse wash uperhalf of car then rinse wash lowerhalf then rinse dry with megs micro fiber Polish using autoglym sup...

Diagnostic plug

Does the B18ft engine have a plug to put a dianostic machine into??

The reason i ask is that i would like to take my car along to volvo to get it checked to ensure the engine is running all ok.

The engine has been recently been put into a clio hence the reason i want it checked.

I found that my uprate acuator was allowing too much boost through and the ecu will cut it off as to not damage anything. Once mine was replaced with a standard unit al was ok.

Someone did this on a 5 door clio on cliosport.net.

Didnt work all that great and carbs need contiually moitering to make sure all is ok.
