I think the earlier ones ran more boost (up to the end of the yellow), but did not ma...

Fuel pumps can get noisey as they get older my old xr3i's one made a hell of a racket!

But I dont understand why it would do this after the car was switched off? Maybe there a bad earth or faulty wiring?

OMG thats awesome the supercharger looks massive.

Is it going to use both intercooler (the original one and the lower stainless jobby)?

Looks like a giant killer!

Any ideas when its gonna be running?

If you are losing boost, check all the pipes, hose and clips from the turbo to the throttle body! Old jubilee clips and spilt hoses dont do the cars performance any favours.

Anyway welcome to the forum! :D

I saw the matt green 480 on the main site, so I know I am not doing anything groundbreaking. But I really fancy it! If anyones got a pick of the camo one please post it up? My air filter is stainless steel mesh type so there is no foam/cotton/paper to get soggy (i guess i will have to re-oil it regu...

Robin - NATO project (lot of pics!)

Some pics of my latest work! Not one for the purists. After much messing about getting the bits and pieces I needed for my DIY induction kit. I was slightly disappointed with the results (i.e. lots of hot air being sucked into my engine)......... ........so there were two options: 1. Admit defeat, r...

MCB just ups the boost, feels good but the ignition still backs off at high revs so the car still feels gutless above 4,000 rpm. Rich Mod ups the boost (in a more civalised way) and advances the ignition at high revs. So the car feels like its making power all the way to the redline IMO. Decat pipe ...
