Sounds complicated :? - interested to see if you pull this off though...

Only dash mods I've done have been adapting a vacuum gauge from a 440/460 to fit the 480 gauge pod and illuminating the info centre selector switch.

No pics yet, but will have a go at getting some soon.

12/13th sounds good... Are we now talking about an overnight thing somewhere, or are we just going out on the piss and going home same night? Last train from Edinburgh to Glasgow or vice versa leaves at 23:30 on the Saturday night. If we're just going out for the night, Saturday? I've got to get up ...

Its a bit stupid as my mate has a audi 100 and thats got a 2.0 li engine in it. Plus its big and german so i would ahve though high quotes for him but nooooo. hes getting quotes better than that of a corsa with a 1.4li engine. Look at the image of the car though and imagine who's likely to be drivi...

Sadly, it's not about how much your car cost or how much it's worth - what they're interested in is how much damage you're likely to cause and how likely it is that you will crash it. Say "turbo" to a lot of insurers and they won't touch you unless you're over 25. It's also worth remembering that a ...

Would using a lock nut instead of a weld not effectively space the bumper away from the body of the car?

Don't worry, you soon get used to it.

Sometimes the problem comes when you get back cause you relax, but you're still in "driving on the wrong side" mode.

Have fun! :-D
