But are those cables LHD or RHD? Lengths would be different I'd assume.

Re: Climair Wind Deflectors Still Available
This has made my evening in the sense that I was just about to search out this thread to order some, and what do you know it's been dug up for me lol. But now I'm questioning weather to bother with them. It's like I want them but I've been warned, but they're there. But.. But... I just don't know, m...

Re: small shoping list
I think Robou still mods ECU's. Can't be sure though. Maybe send him a PM. All stock alloys were either 14" or 15". I'm looking to the future with 16" Borbet A's. And the 40mm springs will lower a Turbo 20mm. Turbo's are supposedly 20mm lower than the rest of the range. You'd probably need an adjust...

Burgundy M reg and Paris Blue J reg
Took my friend to collect his new (to him) Subaru Justy today and decided to take the scenic route down the A6 and through Bedford. Low and behold we see 2 480's in driveways requiring us to make multiple u-turns to make doubly sure. :D The first spot was actually in Leicester, on the A6 near Oadby....

Re: Roller Cover Wanted
Hi Dave. I would ideally like to get one complete with the mountings, as I think they would be the hardest parts to get otherwise.
Unless anyone out there has any lurking about? lol

Roller Cover Wanted
Hi all. As the title and topic suggests i'm looking for a boot roller cover with its mountings. If anyone's got one for sale or is about to break a 480 with one. I'm very much interested. Will collect within a certain distance. I'm based in Leicester and would gladly drive up to an hour and half fro...

Re: Full leather interior
I salvaged a Full leather interior from a 94 ES. Was so shocked as an ES with full leather was inconceivable at the time lol.
It doesn't have any rips but the bolsters are slightly worn. But for free I wasn't complaining.
It now sits pretty in my S model.

I believe this is a tape casette holder that replaces the large cubbie hole below the heated seat buttons. Seen a few around but no one really wants them.timrosser wrote:Folding tape holder thing? The isnt the mytical cup holder is it? Thanks for your kindness to the surviving 480s Rob!

Re: upgrading a celibration to turbo brakes?
I've done the vented upgrade. got the calipers and carriers of a scrapper turbo. The carriers are the hard bit to source. The parts book doesn't list part numbers for them or even acknowledges there are two types. lol The Pads for the vented calipers are a lot cheaper than the one's for the solid. c...

As far as I'm aware the Oil pressure Sensor there are two types. A 1 wire type for cars without the aux gauges And a 2 wire type for cars with them. How many pins are on the back of the gauges? I have a 6 pin gauge running off a 4 pin plug. (Like Captain Slow has mentioned) If the gauges are 4 pin a...

Re: Mating with Renault 172
Don't quote me on this but I think the Renault JB series of gearbox's are what the Volvo M series box's are based on. I believe to put a Volvo box onto a Renault engine or Renault box on the Volvo engine you need to move a locating dowel from one position to another. The clio II 2.0's are I believe ...

That's the other car here in Leicester. he must be bonkers if he think he can get anywhere close to that price for what he's done to it. It's fully stripped out with 2 racing seats. lowered with a cold air feed though the grill. upped boost I'm guessing means it's rich or robou modded. he's now got ...

Re: Vera my sexy Black Beauty
Well I thought I'd try and see if I could find the oil leak that has appeared. I suspected it was the oil pump and the leak was in the vicinity of it. After inspecting for a good hour I can't tell if it is leaking but I think it's highly likely. Whilst I was at it I thought about looking for the oil...
