Its ok now thanks. Found a scrap yard in sunderland that had a black 480 (in pretty good nick, but someone must have blown the engine I assume). anyway, i'm al sorted, apart from my fuel says 11.1mpg now ALL the time. but that doesn't worrk me too much.
