Re: 480 Turbo would not rev up! PLEASE HELP

Reset the EZ210K. Something is/has been wrong with the boost and the EZ210K stops sending the engine speed signal at 2021 rpm to the LH2.2, which in turn stops activating the injectors. Also the boost is restricted by means of de-activating the boost regulator valve. I think this is called the limp...

Re: 480 Turbo would not rev up! PLEASE HELP

I thought maybe it could be something related to the TPS and tried unplugging it while idling ... it did nothing, and problem was still there. Should it do nothing if the TPS is unplugged while idling ? When I plugged it back the revs went up by say a 100rpm and then went back to normal. Any help pl...

Re: 480 Turbo would not rev up! PLEASE HELP

this happened all of a sudden .. I was driving normally then all at once it would not rev up past 2000 - 2500 ! So I wouldn't say its anything related to the alternator, anyway the alternator was replaced with a new one about 2 months ago so I don't think it should've gone already. Thanks for the he...

480 Turbo would not rev up! PLEASE HELP

This morning I went for a drive and all of a sudden the engine would not rev up past 2000rpm :? Luckily I was able to drive back home... Engine idles perfectly (850 - 900) but if I pull the accelerator all the way it stalls! At first I thought it would be something stupid , like some vacuum hose pop...

In need of a turbo engine loom -- must go with BLUE & GREEN ecus.

Injectors plug

Quick question.

How can I test (using a ground circuit tester) that the correct current is being supplied to my injectors.

Cheers.

Starting problems

Hello mates, Still having very strange starting problems.. After a lot of fiddling this is the situation -- car will start when cold (but needs alot of cranking!) but will not start when warm ! Once the temperature sensor is unplugged it starts immediately but has a veryyy rough idle - plug it...

Re: Starting problems -- PLEASE HELP !!

the maf connected to the rubber tube coming from the air filter housing. you can check easily if its work, or not: - start the engine. - unplug the cable going into the maf. - if the idle starts moving, or strugling, or something happens, then it works. (after a few seconds, the computer will corre...

Re: Starting problems -- PLEASE HELP !!

Maybe a too high resistance in the wiring, this will feed the ecu with the wrong info. Would explain that the sensor is influencing the idle, but not right enbough to start it when hot. I haven't read the whole topic, but did you also checked the MAF sensor and the airintake temp sensor? How can I ...

Re: Starting problems -- PLEASE HELP !!

According to your informations (replug the sensor corrects the fuel amount) the wiring should be ok, because it corrects the cold mode (too much fuel). Obviously during the start only in cold mode gets the engine the right amount of fuel. Somehow the injectors dont work properly during start. (Tomo...

Re: Starting problems -- PLEASE HELP !!

I was also thinking, if the wiring for the temp sensor is cut, then the ECU(s) would think that the engine is cold. Now, with temperature sensor unplugged, simulating a cold engine, it starts immediatley. So, if the wiring is incorrect, it should start anyways, but work rough and on a high idle once...

Re: Starting problems -- PLEASE HELP !!

Yes i can. And i will. But what i mean is that if the wiring is cut, then the engine would not make any difference (when hot) when i plug the sensor again once its started. When hot i start it without sensor, and it works very rich and high idle. Then i plug sensor again, with engine still running, ...
