Re: pop up lights.. cheapy cheap

Hi do you still have these?

I just need one hinge really, if your not up for splitting them, or selling just the hinge, then anyone else?...

Could do with one quite rapidly, mine went last night, not sure if they are sided, but mine is the off side that needs replacing.

Cheers

Re: clifford alarm/immobiliser

I had a retro fit immobiliser/alarm on and it played up a bit, maybe a bit obvious and not applicable to yours but, I just used the funny little key, switched it of under the bonnet, and left it all in, no more problems and not exactly an inconvenience left where it was...

Re: Auto Gearbox gear change

I had a Turbo auto a few years ago, and I seem to remember it doing something quite similar, at low speeds if your not too heavy on the throttle, and I can imagine if like me you are just wanting to be a bit more economical on fuel its quite annoying, but as chriskay said it depends on the load you ...

Re: I guess it's not ideal when stuff is spraying out?

good option and not a bad price, the fuel filter itself would have been more than half of that and I changed one a couple of years ago, the hardest "simple" job I have done, corroded fuel pipe couplings and lots of fuel in the face were among my woes.

Re: Central door locking

Only known/had ones that lock centrally from the drivers side, but my first, 1990 turbo auto, had a retro fit sigma remote locking thing and would lock you in (both sides) when you started the engine. Maybe if there is inconsistencies there may have been some thing fitted and then removed or switche...

Re: ECU Modification

I know very little about ecu mods, very very little. However from what I read this (especially the Robou) is begging to really to interest me a great deal, besides I don't think my Turbo is running quite how it should and the idle has crept up, in fact I think that is a problem that I need to addres...

Re: Passenger's side wing mirror

Hi, I will have one for you (near side UK, i.e. left hand side), as soon as I fit the ones Rachel very kindly sent me, the other is going to Mardell for his matte grey. I'm assuming you mean the ones on stalks? which I think are the newer version. Mine are in perfect working order I just prefer the ...

Wanted: Speedo/odometer

Hi my speedo has stopped working and after a good look over it, it looks like its the unit itself that has failed, so does anyone have one available for sale?

Re: Crazy needles - specific help please !

The first one of mine did that and then died, it was the circuit board in this case, when I took it apart I noticed that in the corner, where one of the bigger bulbs were, it had just burned through the circuitry, do you notice any difference if its hot or cold (ambient temp) or if you have the blow...

Re: 480 turbo Kevlar clutch for sale

Don't know much about these clutches, but I do know quite a bit about Kevlar, and have been to a plant where they process the material for the clutch facings, it won't be a solid material but a composite of kevlar pulp and a resin probably some sort of epoxy but your right the kevlar won't melt, it ...

I don't have any room for any big bits, do you have any nice little bits I wouldn't mind some back ups but I also have a few broken bits I need to fix, i.e. seat belt arm jobbers, door pockets, sunroof mech, interior boot lamp? I'm only in Leeds so can come and pick them up.
