Hello, Sorry to resurrect an old post, found it as I am looking for the same v40 weatherstrips. I've been looking rather dodgily round carparks for v40's but havn't seen any, to compare the weatherstrips with my own. Which model v40 used the rubber (rather than plastic) weatherstrips? 1996-2000 or 2...

Does anyone have a picture of them installed by any chance?

What are the part numbers?

The door weatherstrips (between outer door and window glass) are no longer available (like most parts now) from Volvo and I'd like some new ones.

Part No's 3415689 (LEFT) and 3415690 (RIGHT).

Is there a company that manufactures a universal strip that you would cut it to fit?

Make sure that the MFU (the little circuit board under the white cover) matches the one for your car. For example.
