I pay £950TPFT for the turbo with all mods declared. But i'm only 20 with 6 points for owning such a cool car.<br><br>The ES cost me £750.<br><br>Westy £650 with 3 track day insurance. That was with the 2ltr running twin webbers, cam and ported head. <p></p><i></i>

With the 2lt in the westy it was under 6secs. Going for a 1.6 now as was too fast. Had bad experience in the wet.<br><br>As for the ES with the ecotek, filter, plugs leads and a few other things about 8.5 up hill on the coventry road against a VTR <p></p><i></i>

Its finding a good one is the problem. Got quoted for the whole unit from a breakers £75. then you got fit the thing and bleed the brakes. <br><br>Bleeding the brakes on a volvo is not as simple as it sounds <p></p><i></i>

Since the accident with the turbo resulting in very poor brakes, which they want £400 to fix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm currently wheelless. I now no longer want that turbo and want another. I bought my top mounts from the dealer as they were £1 cheaper than Euro car parts. They came in at I think £25+vat. <br><br>As for the lowering on OE shocks. The big bits of rubber that hold the spring and shock together on the front. <br><br>Just if you are fitting new suspension on the front replace these to. I didn't. But when i finally did it made a hell of a difference. Because of my own personal experience with this i would say replace them. <p></p...

Before i parted with my ES we used to get everywhere. Drove to france and holland twice in the space of 3 weeks. She kindly took 3 mates, a shed load of ice and me up to newcastle upon tyne at well over the uk speed limit before taking us around Amsterdam. Then from Newcastle to Birmingham in 3.5hrs...

OE means original Equipment.<br><br>Good luck with the fitting of the shocks. Back ones are easy but the fronts you will need a pair of spring clamps. If you can afford it replace the top mounts to as this will effect the suspension like no ones business <p></p><i></i>

Sony headunits are a theive's dream anyway. The clips sony use on their new units are crap. You can take them out without any tools.<br><br>When i fitted my headunit I drilled holes into the appeture. The best thing I ever did. Had mine done in the Birmingham Market carpark. Was a total stelth install and it wasn't even switched on.<br><br>As for the 6X9 i think i might have sorted it. Put your 5inch in the back and the 6X9's in the door. <p></p><i></i>
