Whilst i miss my 480 alot, i've no looking back since getting a more reliable car as the 480 did my head in after a while (3 bust window motors in 12 months!!!)

Get the car thats right for you and maybe get another 480 as a fun car when your ready?

You think parts are expensive??? I just bought 2 front discs for my GT4, £90 EACH!!! plus £50 for the pads £10 for 4 retaining pins etc etc etc. I find 480's pretty cheap to run, personally and are no more problematic than any other 16 year old car. Rust is the biggest prob as far as im concerne...

what kind a turbo's easy fits on a 480 ?? Unfortunatly none is a direct swap. There are turbos that will bolt to the manifold, but the exhaust side is tricky. As are the oil and water pipes (if it's water cooled). T3s are a resonably easy swap, I have fitted on myself. There are other options that ...
