Quick Question, can one of you guys confirm that the colour of the car is Paris Blue, as on the reg document (V5) it states it is silver tho from looking at the pictures etc it seems like a Paris blue to me :) Despite the definite blueish appearance to the paint work I have confirmed that the colou...

Is it just possible to swap the PCB over for the info centre Yes it is, just make sure it comes from the same type of car - a turbo one wont work correctly in a 2.0 etc. How much does Volvo charge for a replacement/refurbishment? - is it worth giving them a call to ask for a quote? Don't even ask e...

Looking at those pics of the IC it looks more like the pcb on the back of the dash is at fault than the wiring is As for the lighting you need 12v/3w capless bulbs for the speedo/rev counter and some daft little halogen thing for the IC that Volvo like to charge a tenner for, access is easy, dash ou...

Glad to hear you sorted out your petrol issue, what was blocking it? A crappy 4 inch bit of rubber pipe   You mention adjusting the clutch... what does this do? Can this adjust the biting point, as mine is a bit too high up in comparison to what i'm used to but it's perfectly useable. M...

Cheers all, here's the answer (I think) The vent hose for the filler (smaller of the 2 that attach to the back of the tank) has a 4 inch bit of rubber pipe on the end of it where it joins the tank, this was falling apart and looking a bit unhealthy, so replaced that with another bit and all seems ok...

The handbrake light thing doesn't always come on when it is in use, sometimes it will, sometimes it won't it just depends on what it feels like! Probably still the switch under the lever, they do all kinds of wierd things, sounds like it's sticking a bit or the contacts are a bit dodgy, give it a c...

Also the warning light for the handbrake has starting playing up, most likely due to a connection, any ideas how to get at it? If you mean it's staying on (or flashing) when the handbrake's off then it's probably the switch under the handbrake lever playing up, centre console out for that one And a...

As you know the info centre doesn't work... The CD/tuner will stay on even after I remove the key from the ignition. I do not have the key ignition ligh - it's never come on for me! Any idea which wire/connection could be causing these minor niggles? The CD staying on is because it is connected to ...

I'm an idiot... Sorry guys, re-read what I posted and it makes no sense, the problem isn't getting fuel to the engine, it's getting fuel into the tank. As in I can't fill it up It's like the tanks full and you can't put any more fuel in, but the bloody thing's empty and I still can't put any in, it'...
